AnxietyBC Youth is a website designed for youth, full of resources and tools that can help you cope if you are feeling stressed or anxious. You can find out more about anxiety, learn some strategies or download their app MindShift.

The AnxietyBC Youth website is designed to that you can access tools and information based on what you are struggling with (social anxiety, fear of needles, peer pressure, etc.), and hear from youth who are facing similar challenges. You can also learn more general strategies, like how to chill, which includes audio tracks for guided visualizations and mindfulness strategies, or thinking right, which includes information and tools to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts and manage worry.
