Kids Help Phone is a free, anonymous and confidential phone and on-line professional counselling service for youth between the ages of 5 and 20.  Phone counselling is available 24/7 and online chat is available from a desktop or mobile device Sunday to Wednesday from 6pm to 2am.

In addition to their phone and online counselling, the Kids Help Phone website has different areas for kids and teens, where you can find resources about mental health relationships, bullying, and lots of other topics.  You can check out different tools and activities, or the ‘Ask Online’ forum where you can see questions from other kids and teens, and the answers provided by Kids Help Phone staff.

The people from Kids Help Phone have also created a support zone for teen guys with Bro Talk which has its own helpline and online chat, as well as a website with lots of information and real life stories from other guys.  Kids Help Phone has also partnered with some other services from Ontario to provide a service for post-secondary students with Good2Talk. which is a free, confidential helpline providing support and referrals to other services.
