CynthiaCynthia started speaking with TAMI in 2010, and has continued for the last 6 years.  She shares with students that schizophrenia really took her by surprise, and that she found hope in her religion.  Cynthia really looks up to Mother Teresa and is passionate about her message "We are not all called to to great things, but to small things with great love".  One strategy that Cynthia uses from her own Mental Health Toolkit is to be thankful for each new day.
